The Aluplast Ideal 8000 system features an outer frame with the 180003 window frame Round-Line, with a depth of 85 mm and a height of 80 mm. Customised to fit specific dimensions, this door measures 1200 mm x 2090 mm. Both the frame and sash are finished with veneer code HS 436-5003, complemented by a white core and black gasket for a contemporary and stylish appearance.

The frame is reinforced with solid steel at 1.25 mm thickness, providing outstanding durability and stability. The aluminium threshold, with standard dimensions of 85 mm x 20 mm, ensures a robust and reliable base for the door. The weld type used is V-Perfect, ensuring precise and seamless joints for a clean finish.

The glazing required for this door includes a 6th ESG/14Ar/6/14Ar/6th ESG [Ug=0.6] (46 mm) configuration, ensuring excellent thermal insulation and noise reduction. The glazing bead used is the Soft Line Glazing bead, ensuring a smooth and polished finish.

The sash is designed as the 180030 TRANSITION Sash, with a 105 mm opening inside, complemented by a stulp and threshold for added stability. The moveable mullion is a narrow 64 mm standard, offering a sleek and modern look. The fitting includes turn and turn door hardware, with the door bolt being a GU SECURY AUTOMATIC, ensuring top-notch security.

The door handles are colour-coordinated, with the interior handle in white and the exterior handle in silver. The hinges used are JOCKER, automatically matching the colour, with white being the standard for this model. The lock cylinder is the NEW STD type, and the standard number of keys provided is three.

Key specifications include clear opening sizes for both 180° and 90° sash openings, accommodating various ventilation and cleaning needs. The clear opening size for mosquito nets is also specified to ensure a perfect fit. The unit weight is 134.1 kg with a perimeter of 6.6 m.
